Elisabeth Decrey Warner is the President and co-founder of Geneva Call, an NGO dedicated to engaging non-state actors and encouraging compliance with International Humanitarian Law and International Human Rights Law. Geneva Call created a deed of commitment for non-state actors to sign which pledged that they would comply with the ban on anti-personnel mines. Forty-one groups have adhered to the pledge. Decrey Warner is a former member of the Swiss parliament and in 2005 she was nominated for Switzerland as one of the 1000 Women for the Nobel Peace Prize.Elisabeth Decrey-Warner
