Janine Di Giovanni

Janine Di Giovanni is an experienced journalist who has covered a wide range of wars and conflicts. She first began her reporting by covering the Palestinian intifada in the late 1980s. Since then she has covered violence in Bosnia, Somalia, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, Chechnya, Liberia, and Afghanistan. She is currently a contributing editor to Vanity Fair and a writer for The New York Times and Newsweek.
