Lamberto Zannier
Secretary General of the OSCE
Lamberto Zannier is an Italian Diplomat who was appointed the Secretary-General for the Organisation for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) in 2011. He was previously UN Special Representative for Kosovo. The OSCE has 57 participating states from Europe, Central Asia, and North America. It has a number of functions related to reducing armed violence including helping to destroy surplus weapons and monitoring the human rights situation of member states.
