Biography
Olivia Dix has had a long career at senior management level in the not-for-profit sector at a local and national level. These have included: CEO of a multi -purpose inner- city community centre in the East End of London that combined traditional services for all ages with innovative approaches to social problems; CEO of Cancerbacup, a national cancer information service, and senior consultant to a European Breast Cancer coalition. She has also been a Vice-Chair of the School Governors of a local primary school and a member of the Technical Advisory Committee of the International Palliative Care Initiative of the Open Society Institute. She has a first class Honours degree and MA in History.
