The Geneva International Centre for Humanitarian Deming (GICHD) has assisted the demining programs in Mauritania, particularly in the areas of information management and standards.
They provided training to the demining personnel in capacity building through information management. GICHD also evaluated the UNDP and NPA projects in Mauritania.
