All Jordanian security forces undergo counterterrorism training at the King Abdullah II Special Operations Training Center, in Amman. Border guards and all law enforcement receive at least one or two months intensive training at the Center too.
CIED training support offered to Jordan’s security forces by the US has taken place at the King Abdullah training center. The Center has also been used as a base for training of other forces by Jordan and their allies.
